Market in Lingayen

Wet market is a very famous trademark from the Philippines. You can know and review the history and culture of a certain town in the country by examining and trying to peek inside their wet markets. No town has no wet market. Usually, wet markets are located near rural houses so residents can buy their foods conveniently.
In Lingayen, small wet market or the "Talipapa" is present in Barangay Maniboc. We tried to visit it and we saw a vast of gastronomic delights from fishes to vegetables.

Philippines is made up of 7, 400 plus island which makes marine biodiversity abundant in places near the shore, like Pangasinan, that's why their talipapas were filled with different types of seafoods. From fresh to dried fishes, the talipapas never failed to miss the presence of the most delightful seafoods in the world.

On the other hand, if you are worrying about your lack of time on preparing and cooking the seafoods or other stuff you just bought in the Talipapa, don't worry! The talipapas also sells cooked foods. You could try our very famous grilled milkfish (Inihaw na bangus) and sisig. I assure you it is delicious and very perfect to satisfy your cravings.
This Talipapa experience is really worth trying.

The highlight of the market is the people, they will surely welcome you with a big smile. Enjoy marketing.
