TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By enrolling in any Parrots English Online Learning Plan, the student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. AVAILABLE LEARNING PLANS

Silver Plan

25-minute lesson, once per day
Valid for one (1) month
Intended for students who prefer a flexible and manageable daily learning schedule.

Gold Plan

25-minute lesson, twice per day
Valid for one (1) month
Intended for students who wish to have a more intensive daily learning schedule.

Premium Silver Plan

25-minute lesson, once per day
Valid for three (3) months
Provides a longer enrollment period and a lower effective monthly cost compared with the Silver Plan.

Premium Gold Plan

25-minute lesson, twice per day
Valid for three (3) months
Provides a longer enrollment period and a lower effective monthly cost compared with the Gold Plan.

Platinum Silver Plan

25-minute lesson, once per day
Valid for six (6) months
Provides an extended enrollment period and a lower effective monthly cost compared with the Premium Silver Plan.

Platinum Gold Plan

25-minute lesson, twice per day
Valid for six (6) months
Provides the lowest effective monthly cost among the plans with the same lesson frequency and duration.

Ticket Plan

No daily lesson limit
Students may use their available lesson tickets according to the applicable Ticket Plan terms and conditions.
The availability and validity of tickets shall be subject to the specific Ticket Plan purchased.

2. LESSON DURATION

Each regular lesson under the Silver, Gold, Premium Silver, Premium Gold, Platinum Silver and Platinum Gold Plans shall have a duration of twenty-five (25) minutes.

The student shall be responsible for attending lessons within the applicable schedule and plan validity period.

3. PLAN VALIDITY

The validity period of each plan shall begin according to the enrollment or activation date recorded by Parrots English.
Unused lessons or remaining plan privileges shall not automatically carry over beyond the plan's expiration date, unless Parrots English expressly provides otherwise in writing.

4. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT FOR TICKET PLANS

Students who currently have an active or existing Parrots English plan and wish to purchase or top up any Ticket Plan may be required to create and use a new Parrots English account for the Ticket Plan.
The existing account and the new Ticket Plan account shall be treated as separate accounts unless otherwise approved by Parrots English.

5. PAYMENT AND PAYPAL TERMS

For the Premium Silver, Premium Gold, Platinum Silver, Platinum Gold, and Ticket Plans, payment through PayPal shall not constitute an automatic monthly recurring settlement.
The student shall be responsible for making the required payment for any subsequent enrollment, renewal or purchase.
Any applicable payment processing requirements, fees, or conditions imposed by the payment provider shall remain subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

6. NO-REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Parrots English are subject to a three (3)-day refund period from the date of payment.

After the expiration of three (3) days from the payment date, all payments shall be considered final and non-refundable, regardless of unused lessons, remaining lesson balances, changes in the student's schedule, failure to attend lessons or voluntary discontinuation of the program.
Any refund request submitted within the three (3)-day period shall be subject to Parrots English's refund procedures and applicable terms.

7. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

The student is responsible for:

Providing accurate registration and account information.
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account.
Attending lessons within the applicable plan validity period.
Ensuring that their internet connection, device, and other necessary equipment are suitable for online lessons.
Following the rules and procedures established by Parrots English.
Using the account and lessons only for their intended educational purpose.

Parrots English shall not be responsible for missed lessons resulting from the student's failure to attend, late arrival, technical problems on the student's side or other circumstances within the student's control.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, enrolling in, or activating any Parrots English Online Learning Plan, the student confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Parrots English reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any applicable changes shall be communicated through the appropriate Parrots English channels.

About adjournment, resumption and withdrawal from the membership

You can adjourn and resume at your convenience!

For example you can adjourn in a busy month and resume when you have time. You can resume from your favorable day at your convenience. Adjournment and withdrawal from the membership, please contact us 10 days before expiration or the date of your PayPal settlement. In resumption, please contact us 3 days before your prefer resumption day. You can resume your lesson immediately after we confirm your payment.

※If you would like to take a break, please contact us that you want to adjourn from Inquiry of our website.

※Withdrawal from the membership, please keep in mind to cancel the PayPal settlement by yourself at the same time, when you .

Stop payment procedures associated with withdrawal

In case you want to withdraw, please make sure that you perform the procedures of withdrawal after logging in from "My page" on the site. After the withdrawal procedure completed, please log in on PayPal site and stop payment procedures by yourself.

You can choose the payment method.
PayPal, WeChat/Alipay, Bank transfer or Smart Pit.

※We send the confirmation to your email account after we confirmed your payment. You can take a lesson immediately after that. The first day you enrolled and paid is the date you can start having a lesson as a paying member. You can start having a lesson even on the day you enrolled and paid. "Please check the rules of our service."

PayPal

You can take a lesson immediately by using PayPal. In credit card settlement by PayPal, we have the lesson fee of one month from the payment day. You can make payments automatically at PayPal from the next month or later so that you can make use of the service easily and conveniently without any trouble.
※Only with Premium Silver Plan, Premium Gold Plan, Platinum Silver Plan, Platinum Gold Plan and Ticket Plan, payment through PayPal is not an automatic settlement every month. Ticket Plan is not refundable in any cases.

You can take a lesson after we confirm the payment. We would like you to pay the tuition of one month(※1) into the specific account. You will be able to take a lesson after we confirm your payment. With regard to monthly tuition(※1), it is possible that you can deposit your advance. In addition, bank transfer charges are paid by the member. Please understand the situation beforehand.
※1　For a Premium Silver Plan and Premium Gold Plan, the payment should be for three months. For a Platinum Silver Plan and Platinum Gold Plan, the payment should be for six months.
※In case of Bank transfer, It will be available after we confirm your payment. It may take you a few days because of the made of the payment.

Annual Cancellation of Lesson Days
Our company and teachers observe important national holidays such as January 1, December 25, December 30 and December 31. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
In Case of National Disasters
Please be aware that in the event of natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, tsunamis or others, our services may be temporarily suspended. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.
