This memorandum is to formally inform everyone that the old DingTalk account of Parrots English has been compromised (hacked) and is no longer accessible. As a result, the company has created and activated a new official DingTalk account to ensure uninterrupted communication and coordination.

Effective immediately, all official announcements, schedules, updates, and communications will be conducted through the new DingTalk account, in addition to the existing communication platforms such as WeChat and Microsoft Teams. All DingTalk users are required to connect and remain active on this new account.

Action Required:

All students (DingTalk Users) are required to add the new DingTalk account by scanning the QR code provided below. Please complete this as soon as possible to avoid missing important updates. Kindly disregard and do not respond to any messages coming from the old DingTalk account.
